The integration brings live equipment location, hour meter data, and unit-level telemetry directly into the Quipli platform. Rental businesses using Hapn hardware can now access real-time tracking data inside Quipli, reducing system switching, improving data accuracy, and streamlining operational workflows.
Rental operators increasingly rely on GPS and telematics data to understand where equipment is, how it is being used, and when it needs attention. However, that data is often accessed separately from core rental workflows, requiring teams to manually reconcile usage, track equipment movement across systems, and move between tools to make operational decisions. The Quipli and Hapn integration addresses this challenge by embedding live tracking and telemetry directly into Quipli.

The integration supports two-way API synchronization between Quipli and Hapn. Real-time GPS and telemetry data flow from Hapn into Quipli, while asset metadata, naming, assignments, and rental status updates can sync from Quipli back to Hapn as equipment is rented, returned, transferred, or reassigned.
The initial release includes an embedded live tracking map, automated hour meter ingestion, unit-level IMEI matching, and single sign-on authentication. Hour meter readings flow directly into key rental and service workflows, including on-rent, off-rent, inspections, and internal work orders, while still allowing manual adjustments when needed.
